Jason O’Neill is a global pharmaceutical executive with a passion for learning and teaching. He served as a Vice President of U.S. Marketing, Asia Pacific Marketing and Global Marketing and this experience informs our approach. He later served as a country manager for Sanofi, a Franchise Head for Genentech and a General Manager for Mallinckrodt.
He also served as a Global Therapeutic Area Head for Immunology and Ophthalmology for Roche where he oversaw the Phase III development and global commercialization of eight biologics in categories ranging from rheumatoid arthritis to ulcerative colitis.
Most recently he served as the CEO of Dendreon Pharmaceuticals where he led the turnaround of Dendreon’s core prostate cancer business while launching a new contract manufacturing services division to support emerging cellular immunotherapies like CAR-T’s.
He has played a primary role in eight new product launches and three new business unit launches and this experience has helped him pressure test the concepts we teach. Jason is a graduate of Yale University and the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
